Lessons are conducted weekly and are purchased in advance in 10 week terms. Flexible payment options are available. If required please contact backbonedrumschool@gmail.com
Purchased lessons at Backbone Drum School are non-refundable. Exceptions to this rule can be made at the discretion of our director if the student is faced with extenuating circumstances. However, this only applies to lessons that have not yet taken place. In this case, please contact backbonedrumschool@gmail.com
Lessons are not conducted on public holidays.
As we do not follow any public or private school term dates, lessons will still continue during the school holidays unless our director has been notified by the student or student’s parent.
Lesson fees reserve a specific weekly, agreed upon time slot for the student. Any lessons that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged.
Lessons that are cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged. In this instance, a make up lesson will be offered or the student’s weekly lessons will be postponed by a week. Whichever option is preferred by the student.
Backbone Drum School reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if your/your child’s regular teacher is unable to attend.
We will never charge you if we cancel a lesson.
For your child’s safety, please ensure they are picked up in a timely manner after their lesson. Our teachers are not responsible for the supervision of your children outside of the lesson.
